The Jackson Laboratory, Academia Sinica and Human Genome Organization are pleased to offer a course on Humanized Mice and Patient Derived xenografts (PDX) in Individualized Medicine. This two-day event will cover lectures on humanized mice, PDX and PDX applications in industry. Additionally, workshop sessions will be offered on:

- Technical Components of Drug Dosing and Implanting Tumors in Mice

- Immunodeficient Models: Developments and Limitations 

- Lentivirus for Gene Delivery In-vitro and In-vivo

- Humanization of Immuondeficient Mice and Their Use in Immuno Oncology Studies
